The Cinefilia Corporation invites national and foreign scriptwriters to participate in the 10th International Script Laboratory 2022 - LabGuion, which will take place IN PERSON, at the Hotel Spa Santa Fe Colonial, in the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia (54 km from the city of Medellín), in two cohorts.

PÖFF Goes to Cannes is calling for international film projects in post-production, specifically full-length fiction films with English subtitles. Eligible projects will be showcased at the Marché du Film in Cannes on May 16, 2025. The deadline for submissions is March 14, 2025. Priority will be given to films previously presented at Industry@Tallinn events. The focus is on fostering connections between the international film industry and Cannes.

The Stockfish Film & Industry Festival 2025 will take place in Reykjavik, Iceland, from April 3 to 13, 2025. This festival is a major platform for independent and international filmmakers, featuring screenings, masterclasses, networking sessions, and discussions on industry trends.

A key part of the event is the Industry Days, which include the Work in Progress section, allowing filmmakers to present unfinished projects to international professionals and media. The Writers Lab, led by BAFTA-nominated director Tina Gharavi, offers an intensive script development workshop.

Submissions for Work in Progress are open until March 15, 2025, with the event scheduled for April 10 at Bíó Paradís. The festival provides an invaluable space for collaboration and professional growth in the film industry.

Sitges FanPitch Catalunya Imaginària is an international platform to promote and develop projects in fantastic, sci-fi, and horror genres. It focuses on Catalan-language projects, offering access to producers, distributors, and international industry professionals. Selected projects will compete in the Sitges FanPitch final. Requirements include a script in Catalan, project dossier in English, a 3-minute video pitch, and other documents.
